New Music Friday on The High Note

I love the feeling of waking up on a Friday morning and smelling the salt air, seeing the sunrise, and diving into a brisk sea of new albums released.

Today, Friday, May 28, I am feeling a little nostalgic, Not for summers past since Memorial Day weekend is the unofficial start to the season, but for Moby. That song “Porcelain” still holds up today and I’m excited that he has a new album “Reprise,” out today.

British guitarist Kele is out with a new album, “The Waves, Pt. 1” and I’m also stoked about “Bloom” from rockers Of Mice And Men. Don’t sleep on the English rock band Sports Team, who has a new album “Plant Test.” Lastly, I have to give a nod to both Masayoshi Fujita and Penelope Trappes, who each have released a new album today.

As always, the full list of new albums released today, Friday, May 28, 2021, is below in no particular order. My most anticipated albums are in bold.
