New Music Friday on The High Note

We’re in the dog days of summer and The High Note has all the coolest new albums released Friday, July 15, 2022 to help you chill out this weekend.

Legendary singer-songwriter Alan Parsons is out with his latest “From The New World” to add to his more than 50-year career.

One of my favorite singer-songwriters to emerge over the last few years, Beabadoobee is out with her latest “Beatopia” and the boisterous Lizzo is out with her latest “Special.”

Two English indie pop bands have new albums out today – Superorganism with “World Wide Pop” and Working Men’s Club with “Fear Fear.”

Lastly, for the jazz heads, the prolific Adrian Younge and Ali Shaheed Muhammad team up with Katalyst for the latest in their Jazz is Dead series “JID013 Katalyst.”

As always, the entire list of new albums released today, Friday, July 15, 2022 is listed below in no particular order. My most anticipated albums are in bold.
