It’s the last New Music Friday before Thanksgiving and there is a cornucopia of new albums released today, Friday, Nov. 18, 2022 to fuel your turkey dinner and time with friends and family.
At the top of my list is Philadelphia’s own Amos Lee who is out with his take on the 1954 album “Chet Baker Sings” with “My Ideal.”
My favorite rap group Brockhampton is out with its eighth album and second this year, “TM” and my favorite bluegrass player Billy Strings is out with an album recorded with his father Terry Barber “Me/And/Dad.”
Lastly, Phoebe Bridgers is bracing for the holiday season with “Too Much Wine.”
As always the entire list of new albums released today, Friday, November 18, 2022 is below in no particular order. My most anticipated albums are in bold.
Let me know what you’re listening to in the comments below and on social media @highnoteblog.
